We offer Free Shipping on all orders.*

Orders are usually processed and prepared within 72 hours (weekends & holidays excluded). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• US orders are delivered in 4-5 business days with tracking number.

• Canada, Europe & Australia orders are delivered in 5-10 business days with tracking number.

Please note that weather condition, holidays, COVID restrictions may cause delays in dispatch.

Note to our International customers (not in the US):

Although we do our very best to help clients avoid paying customs fees, occasionally they are assessed, and will vary by location and price. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Return Policy

We want your shopping experience at Jaela Modest Fashion to be the best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible.

 

Please email us at care@jaelafashion.com within 30 days to arrange your return and request a return number (mandatory).

Returns must meet these requirements:​

​

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after purchase.

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

• Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

• Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.

• Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

• All Exchanges that show any signs of wear will be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return that does not meet our requirements.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to our showroom. ​

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date.

Faulty items

Jaela Modest Fashion guarantees its garments to be free from damage or manufacture defect upon receipt. If you received a damaged or defective item please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will happily repair, exchange or refund your faulty item after it has been inspected by our quality control team.
